Battlefield 6 - Iberian Engineer

The Iberian Engineer was the first multiplayer character I created for Battlefield 6 during my time at EA. I was responsible for the character’s high-poly model, low-poly model, and textures.

The high-poly process involved cleaning up scan data and building several assets from scratch, including the headset and the front abdominal pouch. While working on the helmet, I added custom front and back strap details, along with a small mounted device, to give the design a stronger identity and help distinguish it from other characters.

For the Legendary Benchmark outfit, I created a hexagon ripstop nylon material in Substance Designer, using real-life references to achieve a more authentic fabric pattern. I also contributed to the development of the Velcro feature for Battlefield 6, which can be seen functioning in the FrostEd prototype.
